Learning About You and Your Values

We use a variety of methods and tools to help us learn about you and to help you discover your goals based on your most important values.  Then we construct a plan to help you accomplish these goals and track your progress toward them. The first step of a planning process is to determine where you want to be headed.  We call this first step "fact finding".  We generally do this via a combination of  written information and personal discussions with you.  There are two aspects of this: (1) the black and  white numbers etc.  (2) your attitudes, preferences, comfort levels and priorities.   A plan must take both  into account to work successfully for you.

Here are a few of the tools you can look at to get a head start if you wish.
